Additional Activities I agree that during the period of my employment by the Company I will not, without the Company's express written consent, engage in any employment or business activity which is competitive with, or would otherwise conflict with, my employment by the Company. Promotional Activities 19 At the request of North Sound BH-ASO, Provider shall display promotional materials in its 20 offices and facilities as practical, in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with and 21 participate in all reasonable marketing efforts.
