Non-Regular Business Hours. The Commissioner may authorize the Consultant in advance in writing to have an Assigned Employee(s) perform services during non-regular business hours. Non-regular business hours shall be defined as any hours in excess of eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday (i.e., evenings, weekends and holidays). Payment for services on a time card basis performed during non-regular business hours shall be in accordance with the All Inclusive Hourly Rates set forth in Exhibit C. The Consultant shall not be entitled to any increase in such rates for services performed during non-regular business hours.
