Non-Removal Sample Clauses

Non-Removal. Other than in the ordinary course of business, Employee shall not directly or indirectly copy, take, or remove from Company’s premises any of Company’s Confidential Information without the prior written consent of Company.

Non-RemovalEmployee will not remove any Trade Secrets from the office of Parent or the Operating Company or the premises of any facility in which Parent or the Operating Company are performing services, or allow such removal, unless permitted in writing by the Presidents/Chief Executive Officers of Parent and the Operating Company.
