Non-Removal. Other than in the ordinary course of business, Employee shall not directly or indirectly copy, take, or remove from Company’s premises any of Company’s Confidential Information without the prior written consent of Company.

Employee will use reasonable and prudent care to safeguard, protect and prevent the unauthorized use and disclosure of Confidential Information.
