Non-resident child. For a Dependent child not residing with the Subscriber, and is not under court order and is not covered as an adult child up to age 26, and is over the of 26, is a dependent of the Subscriber and an incapacitated child as stated under Section 0.0.0.0: 5.4.2.1 Affidavit. A notarized affidavit of support executed by the Subscriber. 5.4.2.2 Any other documentation as required by the Company to show the Dependent Child’s relationship to Subscriber.
