Nondiscriminatory Collocation. Collocation shall be made available to CLEC by SBC-AMERITECH on a basis that is at least equal in quality, price and priority that SBC-AMERITECH provides to itself, its subsidiaries, Affiliates or other persons. The quality of design, performance, features, functions and other characteristics of Collocation made available to CLEC under this Agreement shall be at parity to that which SBC-AMERITECH provides in its network to itself, its subsidiaries, its Affiliates or other persons.
