Normal Duration. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 14.2, continue in full force and effect as provided herein for an initial term (the "Initial Term") of twenty-five (25) years thereafter. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive, additional twenty-five (25)-year periods after the expiration of the Initial Term, unless any Party notifies the other Parties in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then current twenty-year term that it does not wish to renew the Agreement in which case the Agreement shall remain in effect for only those Stockholders that have not given notice that they do not wish to renew.

  • Normal rate of interest Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the rate of interest on the Loan in respect of an Interest Period shall be the aggregate of the Margin and LIBOR for that Interest Period.

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual.   • Period 4.1. The period of this Framework Agreement is from and including 1 August 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) to and including 31 July 2023 unless it is terminated earlier under Clause 4.2. 4.2.   • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Illness During Vacation (The following clause is applicable to full-time employees only)

  • Union Activity During Working Hours Solicitation of Union membership or collection or checking of dues will not be conducted during working time. The Company agrees not to discriminate in any way against any employee for Union activity, but such activity shall not be carried on during working time, except as specifically allowed by the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Work During Vacation Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has so worked.
