QDABRA’s normal CCSLA support hours are from 8 am to 8 pm Pacific Time (PST or PDST as determined in the United States), Monday through Friday, except for the following United States holidays: − Memorial Day (the last Monday in the month of May) − Independence Day (July 4th) − Labor Day (the first Monday in the month of September) − Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday in the month of November) − Christmas (December 25th) − New Year’s Day (January 1st)
