Not Bound to Procure. We understand that there is no obligation on the Procurement Entity(ies) to procure any Goods, and/or Related Services from any FWA Supplier during the Term of the Framework Agreement. No expectation of Call-off Contract: We confirm that no undertaking or any form of statement, promise, representation, or obligation has been made by the Procurement Entity in respect of the total quantities or value of the Goods that may be ordered by it, or any participating Procurement Entity(ies), per this Framework Agreement.   • Information and Services Required of the Owner The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Access to Property Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Property or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.
