Common use of Not Deducted from Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Not Deducted from Sick Leave. A reasonable loss of time resulting from an assault on a principal by a student, parent or other individual that occurs while the principal is engaging in the performance of the principal's duties shall not be deducted from unused sick leave, provided the principal has filed district's assault form and/or police report.
