Notary Public Pay. Upon written designation by the appointing authority, the City shall approve payments of an additional thirty-five ($.35) cents per hour to qualified represented employees for the performance of notary public duties for City business purposes. These represented employees shall submit proof of notary public certification annually in order to maintain notary public payments. The premium pay will be removed when the designation is revoked in writing by the appointing authority and the represented employees will no longer be required to perform notary public duties.
