Notes And Information. 4.6.1 In the event the Union brings a grievance on behalf of more than one (1) unit member, the grievance shall identify all members on whose behalf it is being brought. When all the members involved in the grievance are within the same department or division, the grievance may be filed at Step Two of the grievance procedure. If the grievance involves members from more than one (1) department, the grievance shall be filed at Step Three.
