22.2. A notice given under this agreement will be deemed to have been received:
(a) delivered by hand, upon delivery to the address referred to in Clause 22.1;
(b) if sent by registered post, seven (7) Business Days after the date it is posted; and
(c) if sent by email or through the Portal, when confirmation of its delivery has been recorded by the sender's computer.

NOTI CES. Any notice hereunder:
1) must be given in writing to such an address as stated in the preamble or as has been notified by the Party in question to the other Party,
2) must be handed over to the respective Party or sent by registered letter with return receipt or by courier delivery service company,
3) will be effectively served:
a) on the day of receipt where any hand delivered letter or letter delivered by registered mail is received during normal working hours on a working day,
b) on the day following the day of receipt where any hand delivered letter or letter delivered by registered mail is received either on a working day after normal working hours or on a day of the public holiday;

NOTI CES. 30.1 Any notice required to be given pursuant to the BBC’s agreement with the Writer shall be in writing (not e-mail) and shall be delivered to the address of the other party set out in that agreement or such other address as may be notified in writing to the other party from time to time.
30.2 Any notice required to be given pursuant to the Agreement between the BBC the Society the WGGB and the PMA shall be in writing (not email) and shall be delivered to the address of the relevant party set out in the Agreement or such other address as may be specified in writing to the relevant party from time to time.
30.3 Any such notice duly given shall be deemed to have been received: if delivered by hand at the time of delivery; or if sent by fax by the first working day next following the day of sending; or if sent by post four working days after posting.
