Notice and Payment for Appearances. (a) For any appearance under this Article 8, other than media appearances, post-game autograph sessions and bulk autograph signing, Players shall receive a minimum of five (5) days’ written notice. All appearance notices under this Article shall be copied to the Union by e-mail at an address to be provided by the Union. (b) Payments for appearances made under this Article 8 shall be made to the Player within thirty (30) days of the appearance, and to ensure timely payment, the League will designate a League employee to collect Player expense reimbursement submissions from the Teams and track all Player expense reimbursement. This information shall be shared with the Union on a bi-weekly basis. The League will share the designated employee’s contact information with the Union and Players and such employee will be available to assist the Players.

  • Delivery of and Payment for Firm Shares Delivery of and payment for the Firm Shares shall be made at 10:00 A.M., Eastern time, on the third (3rd) Business Day following the Applicable Time, or at such time as shall be agreed upon by the Underwriters and the Company, at the offices of the Representative’s counsel or at such other place as shall be agreed upon by the Underwriters and the Company. The hour and date of delivery of and payment for the Firm Shares is called the “Closing Date.” The closing of the payment of the purchase price for is referred to herein as the “Closing.” Payment for the Firm Shares shall be made on the Closing Date by wire transfer in Federal (same day) funds upon delivery to the Underwriters of certificates (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters) representing the Firm Shares (or if uncertificated through the full fast transfer facilities of the Depository Trust Company (the “DTC”)) for the account of the Underwriters. The Firm Shares shall be registered in such names and in such denominations as the Underwriters may request in writing at least two Business Days prior to the Closing Date. If certificated, the Company will permit the Underwriters to examine and package the Firm Shares for delivery at least one full Business Day prior to the Closing Date. The Company shall not be obligated to sell or deliver the Firm Shares except upon tender of payment by the Underwriters for all the Firm Shares.

  • PAYMENT FOR WORK The H-GAC Customer is responsible for making payment to the Contractor upon delivery and acceptance of the goods or completion of the services and submission of the subsequent invoice.

  • Delivery of and Payment for the Units Delivery of and payment for the Firm Units (including the Deferred Discount) shall be made at 10:00 A.M., New York City time, on the third full business day following the date of this Agreement or at such other date or place as shall be determined by agreement between the Representatives and the Company. This date and time are sometimes referred to as the “Initial Delivery Date.” Delivery of the Firm Units shall be made to the Representatives for the account of each Underwriter against payment by the several Underwriters through the Representatives and of the aggregate purchase price of the Firm Units being sold by the Company to or upon the order of the Company of the purchase price by wire transfer in immediately available funds to the accounts specified by the Company. Time shall be of the essence, and delivery at the time and place specified pursuant to this Agreement is a further condition of the obligation of each Underwriter hereunder. The Company shall deliver the Firm Units through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) unless the Representatives shall otherwise instruct. The Over-Allotment Option will expire 45 days after the date of this Agreement and may be exercised in whole or from time to time in part by written notice being given to the Company by the Representatives; provided that if such date falls on a day that is not a business day, the Over-Allotment Option will expire on the next succeeding business day. Such notice shall set forth the aggregate number of Additional Units as to which the Over-Allotment Option is being exercised, the names in which the Additional Units are to be registered, the denominations in which the Additional Units are to be issued and the date and time, as determined by the Representatives, when the Additional Units are to be delivered; provided, however, that this date and time shall not be earlier than the Initial Delivery Date nor earlier than the second business day after the date on which the Over-Allotment Option shall have been exercised nor later than the fifth business day after the date on which the Over-Allotment Option shall have been exercised. Each date and time the Additional Units are delivered is sometimes referred to as an “Additional Unit Delivery Date,” and the Initial Delivery Date and any Additional Unit Delivery Date are sometimes each referred to as a “Delivery Date.” Delivery of the Additional Units by the Company and payment for the Additional Units (including the Deferred Discount) by the several Underwriters through the Representatives shall be made at 10:00 A.M., New York City time, on the date specified in the corresponding notice described in the preceding paragraph or at such other date or place as shall be determined by agreement between the Representatives and the Company.   • Payment for Overtime 1. Except as provided in 2.C.3., below, overtime shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate. 2. Except as provided in 2.C.3., below, for all regular, limited-term and probationary employees, overtime may be converted to compensatory time or paid for at the option of the agency/department. Consideration shall be given to effectuating the wishes of employees. The maximum number of CTO hours which may be accrued by any employee is eighty (80). If an employee accrues 80 hours of CTO, he/she cannot accrue additional CTO until he/she uses some of the hours in his/her bank; instead, employees will be paid for all overtime work performed in excess of that amount. 3. Overtime hours worked by extra help employees shall be paid. 4. Compensatory time earned and accrued by an employee in excess of thirty-two (32) hours may be scheduled off for an employee by his or her agency/department; however, consideration shall be given to effectuating the wishes of those employees requesting specific compensatory time off periods. 5. No scheduled compensatory time off will be cancelled except in cases of emergency. 6. In no case may an employee's work schedule be changed during the workweek when the purpose of such change is to avoid overtime compensation. 7. Time worked as overtime shall not be used to earn fringe benefits or to serve out probation or merit increase periods. Compensatory time off may be used as part of the established workweek to earn fringe benefits and to serve out probationary and merit increase periods. 8. An employee separating from the County service shall be paid for accumulated compensatory time in a lump sum payment.

  • Orders and Payment You will be invoiced upon execution of and according to the terms of an order. All fees due to us will be payable, in full and in the currency listed on an order, thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, and will be deemed overdue if they remain unpaid thereafter. All fees are net of any taxes, which will be your responsibility, except for taxes on our income. Any dispute to an invoice must be raised within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice or the invoice will be deemed correct. You agree to negotiate in good faith a prompt resolution of any disputed amounts. If any undisputed invoice governed by this Agreement remains unpaid for 30 or more days after it is due, we may, without limiting our other rights and remedies, accelerate all unpaid fee obligations under all orders so that all amounts payable by you become immediately due and payable. In addition, any amounts which remain unpaid after the due date will be subject to a late charge equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowable by law, whichever is lower, from the due date until such amount is paid. Except as otherwise noted, all orders are firm and not subject to cancellation, return, refund or offset by you.

  • Payment for Working Overtime (a) For all work done outside ordinary hours, the rates of pay will be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter. (b) Except as provided in clause 8.4, in computing overtime each day’s work will stand alone. (c) To avoid doubt, overtime provisions for shift workers are contained in clause 10.7.

  • Rates and Payment You agree to pay the residence fees for the accommodation assigned to you, including where applicable, the size of the accommodation, according to the payment schedule attached hereto as Appendix IV. You may either pay the entire amount due or pay the residence fees in instalments, in the amounts and on the dates outlined in Appendix IV. If you choose or are required to change your accommodation, you will be required to pay the fees stipulated for the new accommodation, including the meal plan, if applicable. If a late payment is accepted, it will be subject to late payment fees as follows: » first late payment - $25 » second late payment - $25 » third late payment - $50 » fourth and any subsequent late payments $75 ea.

  • Delivery of and Payment for the Notes (a) Delivery of and payment for the Notes shall be made at the offices of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, 425 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York, or at such other place as shall be agreed upon by the Initial Purchasers and the Company, at 10:00 A.M., New York City time, on November 26, 1996 or at such other time or date, not later than five full business days thereafter, as shall be agreed upon by the Initial Purchasers and the Company (such date and time of payment and delivery being herein called the "Closing Date"). For the purpose of expediting the checking and packaging of certificates evidencing the Notes, the Company agrees to make such certificates available for inspection by the Initial Purchasers at least 24 hours prior to the Closing Date.
