Payment for Working Overtime. (a) For all work done outside ordinary hours, the rates of pay will be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.
(b) Except as provided in clause 8.4, in computing overtime each day’s work will stand alone.
(c) To avoid doubt, overtime provisions for shift workers are contained in clause 10.7.
Payment for Working Overtime. 6.4.1(a) Except as provided for in 6.4.1(d), 6.4.1(e), 6.4.8 and 6.4.9, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (as defined in subclauses 6.1.1, 6.1.2 and 6.
Payment for Working Overtime. (a) Except as provided for elsewhere in this clause, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (as defined in this agreement) the overtime rates of pay are time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime work. For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double time.
Payment for Working Overtime. Except as hereinafter provided all time worked before or after the employee's starting or finishing time shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first three hours and double time thereafter. An employee shall have completed the normal number of daily hours before overtime payment commences for such day, except where failure to do so is due to causes outside the employee's control or where time off has been with the employer's consent.
Payment for Working Overtime. 14.1.1 For all work done outside of the ordinary starting or ceasing times of work, on any one day or shift Monday to Friday inclusive the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter shall be paid.
14.1.2 The assignment of overtime by an employer to an employee shall be based on specific work requirements and the practice of one in, all in overtime shall not apply.
Payment for Working Overtime. 19.1.1 For all work performed outside ordinary hours the rates of pay shall be time and a half for the first two hours and double ordinary time rates thereafter, such double time to continue until the completion of the overtime work. This also applies when working overtime on an RDO.
19.1.2 Except as provided in this sub-clause or sub-clause 19.3 hereof in computing overtime, each day’s work shall stand-alone.
19.1.3 For the purposes of this clause ordinary hours shall mean the hours worked in accordance with clause 15 or 16 of this Agreement.
19.1.4 The hourly rate, when computing overtime, shall be determined by dividing the appropriate weekly rate by 36.
Payment for Working Overtime. For all work done outside ordinary hours or in excess of eight hours on any day the rates of pay shall be time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter; such double time to continue until such overtime is completed. Except as provided in this subclause, in computing overtime each day shall stand alone.
Payment for Working Overtime a) All work done outside ordinary hours, will have overtime penalty rates paid at double time
b) With the exception of the provisions of clause 13.8 (c) in computing overtime each day’s work shall stand alone.
c) An Employee who performs call-in or fault/emergency response work and who commences work on overtime rates prior to 5am, shall remain on overtime rates until the completion of their work. For example, if an employee commences work at 3am & finishes at 9am, they shall be paid overtime rates until he/she returns to their place of residence.
d) If an employee who performs call-in or fault/emergency response work and commences on overtime rates after 5am, the employee will be paid at overtime rates until the usual commencement time. In this case, at the employee’s usual commencement time, the ordinary hourly rate will apply. This is providing that prior to the commencement of the overtime, the employee has had a ten-hour break in accordance with clause 13.8 & 13.9.
Payment for Working Overtime. For all work done outside ordinary hours the rates of pay shall be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter, such double time to continue until the completion of the overtime work.
Payment for Working Overtime. (a) Except as provided for in Appendixes B, C, D and E, which already incorporate a certain amount of overtime in calculating the relevant rates of pay, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (“Additional Overtime”) the overtime rates of pay are time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime work. For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double time.
(b) For the purposes of this clause "ordinary hours" means the hours worked in an enterprise, fixed in accordance with clause 20 and 21 of this Agreement.
(c) The hourly rate, when computing overtime, is the base rate specified in Appendix A, B and C as applicable.
(d) The employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime at a time or times agreed with the employer.
(e) Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours shall be taken at the ordinary time rate, that is an hour for each hour worked.
(f) An employer shall, if requested by an employee, provide payment, at the rate provided for the payment of overtime in the Agreement, for any overtime worked under paragraph (d) of this subclause where such time has not been taken within four weeks of accrual.
(g) When not less than 7 hours 36 minutes notice has been given to the employer by a relief shiftworker that he or she will be absent from work and the shiftworker whom that person should relieve is not relieved and is required to continue work on his or her rostered day off the unrelieved employee shall be paid double time.
(h) In computing overtime each day's work shall stand alone.
