Notice and Pregnancy Leave. a) The Member shall give the University at least six (6) weeks written notice of the date of the pregnancy leave is to begin. The notice period may be altered by mutual agreement. b) The notice period in Article C5. 4 a) shall not apply if the Member stops working because of complications caused by her pregnancy or because of a birth, still birth, or miscarriage. c) When the employee is to return to work from the pregnancy leave, she shall provide the Employer with at least two (2) weeks notice.
