Notice for Successor Memorandum. In the event either party desires to negotiate a successor Memorandum of Understanding, that party shall serve on the other party, its written request to commence negotiations. The request shall be served at least six (6) months before the expiration of this Memorandum specified in Section 1.2 – i.e., no later than November 1, 2018.
