Successor Memorandum of Understanding. Both parties agree to conduct meet and confer meetings to begin in March of 2025.

Successor Memorandum of Understanding. ‌ SEIU shall provide a written request to initiate negotiations on a successor MOU between February 1 and February 28, 2027. Subsequent to the receipt by the City of a written request that has been made on a timely basis, the representatives of the City and the Union shall then meet and confer concerning any proposed modifications, additions or deletions.

Successor Memorandum of Understanding. During the period between May 1 and May 31, 2022, IUOE Local 501 will notify City of any modifications, additions or deletions IUOE Local 501 wishes to incorporate in a successor Memorandum of Understanding and the City Manager shall on or about August 15, 2022, notify IUOE Local 501 of any modifications, additions or deletions the City Manager wishes to incorporate in such successor Memorandum of Understanding. City staff and representatives of IUOE Local 501 shall then meet and confer concerning those modifications, additions or deletions proposed by the City Manager and IUOE Local 501 as are within the statutory scope of meeting and conferring and in accordance with the Oxnard City Code.

Successor Memorandum of Understanding. On or about May 1, 2023 the GBPMCEG shall provide to the City notice of intent to meet and confer concerning any proposed changes to this MOU affecting wages, hours or other terms and conditions of employment. All terms and conditions of this MOU shall stay in effect until a successor MOU is finalized.

Successor Memorandum of Understanding. During the period between January 1, 2022, and January 21, 2022, SEIU Local 721 will notify the City, in writing, of its desire to negotiate a successor memorandum of understanding. On or about February 2, 2022, the Human Resources Director shall contact SEIU Local 721, in writing, to schedule negotiations meetings for the successor memorandum of understanding. Both parties agree “writing” includes email communication. City staff and representatives of SEIU Local 721 shall then meet and confer concerning those modifications, additions or deletions proposed by the parties as are within the statutory scope of meeting and conferring in accordance with State law and the Oxnard City Code.
