Notice of Annual Salary. 1. The Board shall cause notice to be given annually, not later than the first day of July, to each bargaining unit member as to the salary/hourly rate to be paid during such year. 2. Such salary/hourly rate shall not be lower than the salary/hourly rate to be paid during the preceding school year, unless such reduction is part of a uniform plan affecting the bargaining unit members of the entire District. 3. This Section does not prevent increases of salary/hourly rate after the Board’s annual notice has been given.
