Notice of anticipated Practical Completion. ‌ (a) RMS must give the City and the Independent Certifier at least:‌ (i) 60 Business Days'; (ii) 20 Business Days'; and (iii) 5 Business Days', notice of the date on which RMS anticipates that Practical Completion of each Works Portion will be reached. (b) Within 3 Business Days of the City's receipt of a notice given under clause 9.6(a), the City Representative, the RMS Representative and the Independent Certifier must conduct a joint inspection of the relevant Works Portion at a mutually convenient time.‌ (c) Within 2 Business Days of the inspection referred to in clause 9.6(b), the Independent Certifier may (but is not obliged to) provide a notice to RMS listing those works (if any) which the Independent Certifier considers must still be carried out before Practical Completion of the relevant Works Portion could be achieved. Any notice from the Independent Certifier under this clause does not constitute an acknowledgement by the Independent Certifier that RMS has complied with its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Notice of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner in writing when it has completed construction of (i) the Customer Facility;

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Diligent Completion The Company agrees to use its reasonable efforts to cause the completion of the Project as soon as practicable, but in any event on or prior to the end of the Investment Period.

  • Reasonable Suspicion Testing All Employees Performing Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Reasonable suspicion testing for alcohol or controlled substances may be directed by the Employer for any employee performing safety-sensitive functions when there is reason to suspect that alcohol or controlled substance use may be adversely affecting the employee’s job performance or that the employee may present a danger to the physical safety of the employee or another. B. Specific objective grounds must be stated in writing that support the reasonable suspicion. Examples of specific objective grounds include but are not limited to: 1. Physical symptoms consistent with alcohol and/or controlled substance use; 2. Evidence or observation of alcohol or controlled substance use, possession, sale, or delivery; or 3. The occurrence of an accident(s) where a trained manager, supervisor or lead worker suspects alcohol or other controlled substance use may have been a factor.

  • Substantial Completion 9.8.1 When the Contractor considers that the Work, or a designated portion thereof which has been accepted in writing to by the State, is substantially complete as defined in Subparagraph

  • Payment for Material Completion The Contractor may request payment of the remaining contract balance, including retainage, less amounts credited the Owner or incurred as liquidated damages, and less amounts withheld for the Punchlist by reason of Minor Items or Permitted Incomplete Work (See Paragraph 6.5.3.2). Payment for Material Completion shall be made by a check payable jointly to the Contractor and Surety and shall be mailed to the Surety.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence The Company and the Shareholders shall have completed their legal, accounting and business due diligence of the Parent and the results thereof shall be satisfactory to the Company and the Shareholders in their sole and absolute discretion.
