NOTICE OF ATTENDANCE BY EMPLOYER CHAIRPERSON AND UNION INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors and the International Representative of the Union may attend meetings of the Committee, but mutually-agreed notice of such attendance shall be given to the Committee so as to provide for attendance of both parties if desired.
