Notice of Change of Appointment. Any change of terms and conditions of an existing appointment not sufficient to constitute layoff is not effective until thirty (30) days after notification to the affected ASF Member. For purposes of this section a change in the ASF Member’s terms and conditions of employment, as defined in Minn. Stat. § 179A.03, include salary, benefits, range, hours of employment, and appointment type. The affected ASF Member may waive the thirty (30) day notice by submitting a written statement to the university Human Resources Office.
