Common use of Notice of Days Off Clause in Contracts

Notice of Days Off. Except as provided in Clause 45.1, in cases where by virtue of the arrangement of his or her ordinary working hours an Employee is entitled to a day off during his or her work cycle, such Employee shall be advised by the Employer at least four weeks in advance of the week day he is to take off.
