Notice of Discontinuance of Access. Organization will notify Hospital within three business days of the departure of Organization’s staff who has access to Hospital’s EHR, so that Hospital may discontinue such access.

Third Party Payer will notify Healthcare Organization immediately without delay, but no more than three business days of the departure of Third Party Payer’s staff who has access to Healthcare Organization’s EHR, so that Healthcare Organization may discontinue such access.
