Notice of Employee Resignation. 10.10.1 All Employees when resigning their employment with the Employer shall provide in writing to their supervisor as much notice as is possible of their intention to quit. 10.10.2 The minimum notice period for regular and term Employees shall be ten (10) working days, for temporary Employees shall be five (5) working days, for casual Employees shall be one (1) working day. 10.10.3 Upon mutual agreement by the Employer and the Employee, the requirement for notice of intention to quit may be waived.
