Notice of Job Security Period Expiry. (a) Employees will be advised in writing by the Employer that their Job Security Period has expired in accordance with Clause 13.3, with a copy to the Union. Notices of Job Security Period Expiry will be sent by June 30 for Regular Session and March 1 for Summer Session.
