  • UNION SECURITY AND DUES 3.01 All employees will be required to pay Union dues or the equivalent of Union Dues as a condition of employment, and that amount shall be deducted from the wages of each employee employed in any position within the bargaining unit described in Article 2 of this Agreement.

  • UNION SECURITY AND CHECKOFF 5:01 It shall be a condition of continued employment for all employees including probationary employees, as defined in Article 2, to become members and maintain membership in good standing in the Union.

  • UNION SECURITY AND DUES CHECK-OFF 4:01 The Employer agrees to deduct the amount of monthly dues as determined by the Union from the salaries of each and every employee covered by this Agreement. The Employer also agrees to deduct from each and every employee covered by this Agreement the amount of any general assessment levied by the Union, with the proviso that such an assessment shall be limited to one (1) per calendar year, and that such assessment formula can be operated through the Employer‟s present payroll system.

  • UNION SECURITY AND CHECK-OFF 5.01 All present seniority employees who are currently members of the Union will be required to continue to be members of the Union as a condition of employment for the duration of this Agreement.

  • UNION SECURITY AND DUES DEDUCTION Section 5.0. The Town agrees to deduct from the wages of an employee who is a member of the Union and who voluntarily authorizes such deduction in writing membership dues and initiation fees (if applicable); or agency service fees established by the Union for non-members.

  • – SENIORITY AND JOB SECURITY 9.01 (a) Seniority and service for full-time employees shall be defined as the length of continuous service with the Home since the date of last hire, subject to Article 9.03-9.05, 9.17, 9.18 and 11.10 and any other related provision of the Collective Agreement.

  • Security and Charge 14.1 In consideration of the Contractor agreeing to supply the Materials, the Client charges all of its rights, title and interest (whether joint or several) in any land, realty or other assets capable of being charged, owned by the Client either now or in the future, to secure the performance by the Client of its obligations under these terms and conditions (including, but not limited to, the payment of any money).

  • Use, Security, and Retention Local Agency shall use, hold and maintain State Confidential Information in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations in facilities located within the United States, and shall maintain a secure environment that ensures confidentiality of all State Confidential Information wherever located. Local Agency shall provide the State with access, subject to Local Agency’s reasonable security requirements, for purposes of inspecting and monitoring access and use of State Confidential Information and evaluating security control effectiveness. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Local Agency shall return State Records provided to Local Agency or destroy such State Records and certify to the State that it has done so, as directed by the State. If Local Agency is prevented by law or regulation from returning or destroying State Confidential Information, Local Agency warrants it will guarantee the confidentiality of, and cease to use, such State Confidential Information.

  • Security and Confidentiality Technical and organisational security measures must be taken by the data controller that are appropriate to the risks, such as against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, presented by the processing. Any person acting under the authority of the data controller, including a processor, must not process the data except on instructions from the data controller.

  • Security and Access The Executive agrees and covenants (a) to comply with all Company security policies and procedures as in force from time to time including without limitation those regarding computer equipment, telephone systems, voicemail systems, facilities access, monitoring, key cards, access codes, Company intranet, internet, social media and instant messaging systems, computer systems, e-mail systems, computer networks, document storage systems, software, data security, encryption, firewalls, passwords and any and all other Company facilities, IT resources and communication technologies (“Facilities Information Technology and Access Resources”); (b) not to access or use any Facilities and Information Technology Resources except as authorized by the Company; and (iii) not to access or use any Facilities and Information Technology Resources in any manner after the termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company, whether termination is voluntary or involuntary. The Executive agrees to notify the Company promptly in the event he learns of any violation of the foregoing by others, or of any other misappropriation or unauthorized access, use, reproduction or reverse engineering of, or tampering with any Facilities and Information Technology Access Resources or other Company property or materials by others.
