NOTICE OF LEASE RENEWAL. Tenant shall notify the Landlord in writing at lease sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this lease, of their intent to renew or not renew this lease. Failure to give said notice, or continued occupancy by Tenant after expiration of this lease for any reason shall be considered a renewal of this lease under the same terms and conditions set herein rendering Tenant liable for rental payments for said term. Failure of Tenant to return the key to the Landlord herein to the leased premises will result in a holdover tenancy and render Tenant liable for said rental as provided in this paragraph.
NOTICE OF LEASE RENEWAL. 16. Both LESSOR and LESSEE shall notify the other party in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this lease, of their intent to renew or not renew this lease. Continued occupancy by LESSEE after expiration of this lease for any reason, shall be considered a rental from month to month and the rent rate shall be adjusted to the rent rate currently being charged for this type unit. In the event LESSEE holds over on said month to month basis, the rent rate shall further be adjusted by an additional five percent for the LESSEE’S failure to enter into a new lease agreement.
NOTICE OF LEASE RENEWAL. Lessor shall notify lessee 90 days prior to lease expiring asking if they would like to renew. Lessee shall notify the Lessor in writing at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the Lease Agreement of their intent to renew or not renew this Lease Agreement. Failure to give notice or continued occupancy by Lessee after expiration of the Lease Agreement for any reason shall be considered an automatic renewal with the same terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement and at a rent adjustment to current market rent.

  • LEASE RENEWAL This Lease does not automatically renew and this Lease automatically terminates on the Lease Termination Date. Lessee may be given an opportunity to sign a new or renewal Lease for another Lease Term and remain in the Premises. If Lessee does not sign a new or renewal Lease, UTA may lease the Premises to another Lessee. In the event Lessee holds over beyond the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, holdover penalties shall apply in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

  • TERM OF LEASE This Lease shall commence on the date of ________ and shall continue until its natural termination under this part on the date of ________ at 11:59 PM. After the date of termination, this Lease shall automatically renew and shall continue for the same term amount until Landlord or Tenant undertake cancellation of this Lease in writing. At the expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall be responsible for providing a forwarding address to Landlord to receive any funds owed or other notices.

  • Notice of Leave In any case in which the necessity for FMLA leave is based upon an expected birth or placement for adoption, or planned medical treatment for a serious health condition of the employee, family member, or member of the employee’s household, the employee will provide the Superintendent with at least sixty (60) calendar days advance written notice of the date the leave is to begin. When the need for FMLA leave is due to unforeseen circumstances and advance notice is not practicable, the employee will provide notice of the need for such leave as soon as practicable.

  • Termination of Lease Landlord may terminate Tenant’s interest under the Lease, but no act by Landlord other than notice of termination from Landlord to Tenant shall terminate this Lease. The Lease shall terminate on the date specified in the notice of termination. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant will remain liable to Landlord for damages in an amount equal to the rent and other sums that would have been owing by Tenant under this Lease for the balance of the Lease term, less the net proceeds, if any, of any re-letting of the Premises by Landlord subsequent to the termination, after deducting all of Landlord’s Reletting Expenses (as defined below). Landlord shall be entitled to either collect damages from Tenant monthly on the days on which rent or other amounts would have been payable under the Lease, or alternatively, Landlord may accelerate Tenant’s obligations under the Lease and recover from Tenant: (i) unpaid rent which had been earned at the time of termination; (ii) the amount by which the unpaid rent which would have been earned after termination until the time of award exceeds the amount of rent loss that Tenant proves could reasonably have been avoided; (iii) the amount by which the unpaid rent for the balance of the term of the Lease after the time of award exceeds the amount of rent loss that Tenant proves could reasonably be avoided (discounting such amount by the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco at the time of the award, plus 1%); and (iv) any other amount necessary to compensate Landlord for all the detriment proximately caused by Tenant’s failure to perform its obligations under the Lease, or which in the ordinary course would be likely to result from the Event of Default, including without limitation Reletting Expenses described below.

  • Non-Renewal Any grounds for termination stated in Section 24(c) above also may be grounds for non-renewal. In addition, the State Board or Local Board may elect not to renew the Charter if the petition for renewal does not comply with the Charter Schools Act and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures promulgated in accordance with the Charter Schools Act or if the State Board or Local Board deems that the Charter School has not sufficiently increased student achievement or is no longer in the public interest.

  • Notice of Non-Renewal Consultant understands and agrees that there is no representation, implication, or understanding that the City will request that work product provided by Consultant under this agreement be supplemented or continued by Consultant under a new agreement following expiration or termination of this agreement. Consultant waives all rights or claims to notice or hearing respecting any failure by City to continue to request or retain all or any portion of the work product from Consultant following the expiration or termination of this agreement.

  • AGREEMENT RENEWAL This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.

  • TERMS OF LEASE This lease shall be for a term of two (2) school semesters beginning on the 20th day of August 2021 and terminating without notice at 5:00 PM on the 20th day of May 2022. LESSEES shall move-in on a pre-scheduled date as indicated hereafter, and shall move-out at the end of the lease term after a move-out inspection has been completed by LESSOR.
