Notice of Licensure. CONSULTANT hereby gives notice to SAFCA that CONSULTANT is a corporation formed under the laws of the State of California. Pursuant to the requirements of Title 16, California Code of Regulations, Section 463.5, CONSULTANT hereby gives notice to SAFCA that: A) at least one of the Principals of CONSULTANT; and B) the Engineer in Responsible Charge, are licensed by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists to practice engineering, land surveying or geology in the State of California.

  • Notice of Agreement 1. The Institutions agree to provide a copy of this Agreement, with any amendments, to the Maryland Higher Education Commission.

  • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.

  • Notice of Litigation Each Seller shall promptly notify the applicable Purchaser upon becoming aware of any Proceedings or threatened Proceedings concerning any Serviced Appointment, in each case, excluding Proceedings in servicer-managed mortgage-level litigation with respect to residential mortgage-backed securities transactions.   • Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request. This requirement means that the Contractor shall provide the applicable insurance document to OGS as soon as possible but in no event later than the following time periods:  For certificates of insurance: 5 business days  For information on self-insurance or self-retention programs: 15 calendar days  For other requested documentation evidencing coverage: 15 calendar days  For additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements: 30 calendar days Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Contractor shall have promptly requested the insurance documents from its broker or insurer and shall have thereafter diligently taken all steps necessary to obtain such documents from its insurer and submit them to OGS, OGS shall extend the time period for a reasonable period under the circumstances, but in no event shall the extension exceed 30 calendar days.

  • Notice of Layoff The Employer shall make every reasonable effort under the circumstances to provide affected employees with at least fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice prior to the contemplated effective date of a layoff.
