Notice of Proposed Reduction. Prior to any formal action the Board of Education will cause notice to be given to Teachers whose contracts are being considered for cancellation as a result of the operation of the reduction process. The notice to the Teachers shall include a copy of this policy, a brief statement for the reasons for the reduction, and the program areas impacted by the proposed reduction.
