Notice of recall from lay-off for any position shall be sent by registered mail to the Member's last known address. If the Member fails to report for work within seven (7) calendar days from the notice of return to work, the individual will be deemed to have terminated their employment. It is the Member's responsibility to notify Human Resources of any changes of address.
