NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision of Broker-Dealer or otherwise fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by Broker-Dealer on its Representatives, Broker-Dealer shall certify such fact to GIAC and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Plans, and Broker-Dealer shall take whatever additional action may be necessary to terminate the sales activities of such Representative relating to the Plans.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision of Broker-Dealer or otherwise fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by Broker-Dealer on its Representatives, Broker-Dealer shall advise LFD and Company of this fact and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Policies, and Broker-Dealer shall take whatever additional action may be necessary to terminate the sales activities of such Representative relating to the Policies.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision by Broker/Dealer, ceases to be a registered representative of Broker/Dealer, or fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by Broker/Dealer on its Representatives, Broker/Dealer shall certify such fact to AILIC and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Contracts, and Broker/Dealer shall take whatever additional action may be necessary to terminate the sales activities of such Representative relating to the Contracts.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision of General Agent and Broker-Dealer, ceases to be a registered representative of Broker-Dealer or otherwise fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by General Agent and Broker-Dealer on Representatives, General Agent and Broker-Dealer, as the case may be, shall immediately advise CUNA Mutual and CUNA Brokerage of this fact and shall immediately notify such Representative that s/he is no longer authorized to sell the Products. General Agent or Broker-Dealer shall take whatever additional action may be necessary to terminate the selling and service activities of such Representative relating to the Products, which shall include, but not be limited to, acquiring all the customer records and files of the Representative relating to the Products. General Agent and Broker-Dealer agree to retain such customer records as required by applicable federal or state laws and regulations and to provide access to such records as CUNA Mutual or CUNA Brokerage may reasonably request.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to the supervision of the Distributor, ceases to be a Representative of the Distributor, or fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by the Distributor on its Representatives, the Distributor shall communicate such fact to the ING Insurers and ING Broker-Dealer in writing immediately, and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Contracts.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a ---------------------------------------- Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision of SELLING BROKER-DEALER, ceases to be a Representative of SELLING BROKER-DEALER, or fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by SELLING BROKER- DEALER on its Representatives, SELLING BROKER-DEALER shall certify such fact to the INSURER in writing immediately, and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Contracts.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to Broker-Dealer’s supervision or otherwise fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by Broker-Dealer on its Representatives, Broker-Dealer shall immediately notify Ameritas Investment Company, LLC of such fact and inform the Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Policies. Broker-Dealer shall take any additional action necessary to terminate the former Representative’s activities relating to the Policies.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision by Broker/Dealer, ceases to be a registered representative of Broker/Dealer, or fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by Broker/Dealer on its Representatives, or such Representative’s registration or license lapses, or is suspended or otherwise terminated, Broker/Dealer shall promptly notify GALIC of such event, and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Contracts, and Broker/Dealer shall take whatever additional action may be necessary to terminate the sales activities of such Representative relating to the Contracts.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision of Broker/Dealer or otherwise fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by Broker/Dealer on its Representatives, Broker/Dealer shall advise General Distributor of this fact and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Variable Contracts or Traditional Policies and Broker/Dealer shall take whatever additional action may be necessary to terminate the sales activities of such Representative relating to such contracts and policies.
NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVE'S NONCOMPLIANCE. In the event a Representative fails or refuses to submit to supervision of Broker-Dealer, ceases to be a registered representative of Broker-Dealer, or fails to meet the rules and standards imposed by Producers on their Representatives, Producers shall certify such fact to AUSA and shall immediately notify such Representative that he or she is no longer authorized to sell the Plan, and Producers shall take whatever additional action may be necessary to terminate the sales activities of such Representative relating to the Plan.
