Notice of Restrictions or Limitations. 16 14.2.1 Subject to this agreement. 17 Each nurse subject to this Agreement has a duty to report any OSBN 18 imposed restriction on the nurse’s license to practice nursing in the 19 State of Oregon. The nurse shall report any such limitation in writing, 20 to the Hospital within five (5) calendar week days of the date of the 21 receipt by the nurse or the nurse’s legal representative of the limitation 22 imposed by OSBN on the nurse. Failure to provide such written notice 23 to the Hospital within this five (5) calendar week day period notification 24 shall be grounds for discipline and will permit the Hospital to place the 25 nurse on an unpaid suspension until the investigatory process has 26 been completed.
