The complete responsibilities of the Settlement Administrator are set forth in the Settlement Agreement, including that the Settlement Administrator will obtain addresses for Class Members from a qualified third-party, such as IHS/X.X. Xxxx, that maintains databases related to the automobile industry and which specializes in obtaining such information from, inter alia, the Departments of Motor Vehicle of all fifty (50) States in the United States and its territories, including Puerto Rico.
