Common use of Notice of Settlement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Settlement. Please also be advised that the Court-appointed Lead Plaintiff, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx (“Lead Plaintiff”), on behalf of himself and the Settlement Class (as defined in ¶ 25 below), have reached a proposed settlement of the Action for $3,500,000 in cash that, if approved, will resolve all claims, whether known or unknown, in the Action (the “Settlement”).
