Common use of Notice of Settlement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Settlement. No later than sixty (60) business days after the execution of this Settlement Agreement by Xxxxxxxxx Farms, Interim Co-Lead Counsel and Xxxxxxxxx Farms’ Counsel shall jointly file with the Court a notice of settlement and stipulation for suspension of all proceedings by Class Plaintiffs against Xxxxxxxxx Farms in the Action pending approval of the Settlement Agreement.
