Notice of Tests. A Party requesting or performing a test shall provide written notice thereof to the other Party, which shall be the lesser of seven (7) Days or the requisite notice period set forth under then applicable NYISO Rules for such test. Buyer shall have the right to attend, observe and receive the results of all tests. Seller shall provide to Buyer the results of each test no later than five (5) Business Days after the performance of such test.
Notice of Tests. Whenever the party responsible for Metering Equipment is required to conduct a test under the Agreement, that party will notify the other party of the time or times at which that party intends to conduct that test. The other party may witness the test.
Notice of Tests. If Contractor or any Subcontractor establishes the time, date, or location of any testing required under this Contract, Contractor shall provide, or cause the Subcontractor to provide, NSS with the advance notice specified in this Contract, or if not specified, with reasonable advance notice. Contractor reserves the right to perform any testing under this Contract without NSS’ participation where such prior written notice was provided to NSS.
Notice of Tests. Before conducting a test under the Contract, the party conducting the test must give reasonable notice to the other party of the time, date and place of the test. If the other party does not attend, the test may still proceed.
5.4 Results of Tests Results of tests will promptly be made available by the party conducting the test to the other party.
Notice of Tests. HOPEWELL shall notify NAPOCOR at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to: (1) the initial parallel operation of each HOPEWELL generator and (2) testing of all protective apparatus. NAPOCOR shall have the right to have a representative present at such times.

If Contractor or any Subcontractor establishes the time, date, or location of any major system or subsystem or any units requiring qualification testing required under this Contract, Contractor shall provide, or cause the Subcontractor to provide, Customer with the advance notice specified in this Contract, or if not specified, with reasonable advance notice, which in the case of units requiring qualification shall be no less than seven (7) Days prior to the scheduled test.
Notice of Tests. Owner shall provide Company at least ***** days’ advance notice in writing:
(a) of each of the Pre-Delivery Tests and shall use best endeavours to procure that the Builder permits a reasonable number of Company’s Personnel (at Company’s cost and, except as provided in Clause 23, risk) to attend that Pre-Delivery Test; and
(b) of each of the Acceptance Tests and shall permit a reasonable number of Company’s Personnel to attend all such Acceptance Tests, and Owner shall comply with any Indonesian Law requiring that a representative of an Indonesian Governmental Authority attend Pre-Delivery Tests or Acceptance Tests.
Notice of Tests. Subject to Section 5.
2.1 Purchaser agrees to give Seller two (2) business days' prior notice of its intent to conduct any inspections or tests so that Seller will have the opportunity to have a representative present during any such inspection or test, the right to do which Seller expressly reserves. Purchaser agrees to cooperate with any reasonable request by Seller in connection with the timing of any such inspection or test.
Notice of Tests. Before conducting a test under the Contract the party conducting the test, being the Superintendent or the Contractor, shall give reasonable notice in writing to the other of the time, date and place of the test. If the other does not then attend, the test may nevertheless proceed.
