Seller shall be responsible for the maintenance, testing and calibration of the Electric Metering Equipment and the maintenance and testing of the electrical facilities and Protective Apparatus, including any transmission equipment and related facilities, necessary to interconnect the Facility at the Electricity Delivery Point.
