Notice of Unavailability. If a Per Diem bargaining unit member desires to be unavailable for a period time not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days, the Per Diem bargaining unit member will submit the request in writing. If Hospital authorizes the period of unavailability, the provisions of paragraph 5 above will not apply during the period of time authorized by Hospital.
