Notice - Time Limitation. The referring party shall notify the other party in writing of submission to arbitration within thirty fourteen (3014) calendar days after receipt of the Step 1 or Step 2 response, whichever is applicable. Failure to timely notify the other party in writing of submission to arbitration will render the grievance being forever waived and null and void, unless the timeframe has been extended in writing by mutual agreement of the parties.
