Notice to Broker. Subject to Clause 14.1, any notice or communication made or given by the Client will be sent at his own risk and will be effective only upon actual receipt by the Broker.

Notice to Broker. Owner is solely responsible to provide any information regarding the redemption of the property or any extension or negotiations with the lender or trustee in order to delay the foreclosure sale. All information shall be supplied in writing to Broker in sufficient time so Broker may find a mutually beneficial termination date. Should Owner fail to notify Broker, then Broker reserves the right to terminate the lease agreement at an appropriate time to be decided solely by Broker, prior to the foreclosure sale.
Notice to Broker. Any Notice to be given or served upon Broker in connection with this Agreement must be in writing and will be deemed to have been given and received when delivered to Broker at XxxXxxxx@XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.xxx and XxxXxxxxx@XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.xxx.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, within five (5) days after any assignment of sublet of Tenant’s interest in the Lease (including any assignment by operation of law or the transfer of fifty percent (50%) or more of the equity interests in Tenant measured by voting power or share of Tenant’s profit), Tenant shall provide Landlord a written notice of such assignment or sublet, which notice shall include the date on which the transfer occurred and each of the items specified in items (i), (ii), (iv), (v) and (vii) above.
