Common use of Notifiable Incidents Clause in Contracts

Notifiable Incidents. (a) The Funding Recipient agrees to report to GBRF any significant WHS risks that it identifies, including as a result of conducting the process in clause 13.1, as well as any Notifiable Incidents. If requested by GBRF, the Funding Recipient agrees to provide GBRF with information (including evidence of the Funding Recipient's completion of the steps in clause 13.1.
