Supplier Representative.
(a) The Supplier appoints the Supplier Representative to represent the Supplier in connection with all matters relating to this Contract.
(b) A direction given by Council to the Supplier Representative will be regarded as having been given to the Supplier.
(c) Matters within the knowledge of the Supplier Representative will be regarded as being within the knowledge of the Supplier.
(d) If the Council Representative makes a reasonable objection to the appointment of a person as the Supplier Representative, the Supplier must terminate the appointment and appoint another person, subject again to the reasonable objection of the Council Representative.
Supplier Representative. The Supplier Representative shall be responsible for liaising with the Rio Tinto Representative and the Relevant Company Representatives in relation to any of the matters referred to in Section 10.1, and shall have full power to legally bind Supplier in respect of all matters arising out of the Agreement. Any direction or notice which the Rio Tinto Representative or the Relevant Company Representatives give to the Supplier Representative is deemed to have been given to Supplier and Supplier shall comply with that direction accordingly. Any communication given, or document signed, by the Supplier Representative is deemed to have been given or signed by Supplier and shall bind Supplier. Matters within the knowledge of a Supplier Representative are deemed to be within the knowledge of Supplier. Rio Tinto may at any time upon written notice to Supplier require that Supplier replace the Supplier Representative with another individual acceptable to Rio Tinto, acting reasonably. Supplier may at any time, with the prior written consent of Rio Tinto (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), replace the Supplier Representative with another Individual.
Supplier Representative. The Supplier Representative will be in direct charge of the Goods and, or, Services and empowered to act for and bind the Supplier in all matters relating to the Supplier’s performance of the Goods and, or, Services
Supplier Representative. The Supplier Representative, or another person nominated by the Supplier and approved by ONSTREAM, will act as the Supplier's representative under this Agreement and any Direction given by ONSTREAM to the Supplier Representative is binding on the Supplier.

Supplier Representative. Proprietary Information The information contained in this Agreement is not for use or disclosure outside AT&T, Supplier, their Affiliates and their third party representatives, except under written agreement by the contracting Parties.
Supplier Representative. Benchmark shall provide a representative for Customer’s programs (the “Supplier Representative”). The Supplier Representative must be able to speak, read, and write English and the local language (if not English) fluently and will serve as the primary contact between Customer and Benchmark. The Supplier Representative is to be technically competent and possess sufficient expertise to manage the manufacture of Products in accordance with the Specifications. The Supplier Representative is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure that Benchmark supplies Customer with Products that meet the Specifications and in accordance with the terms and conditions for delivery set forth in the relevant Purchase Order and this Agreement.
Supplier Representative. Supplier Representative. Supplier shall appoint a representative to supervise and coordinate Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement. The representative shall provide professional and prompt liaison with HP and have the necessary expertise and authority to commit Supplier. Supplier’s representative shall participate in status meetings with HP and shall submit to HP periodic status reports, at times and in formats reasonably agreed by the parties. The Supplier Representative will prepare such periodic reports as reasonably requested by HP to measure Suppliers performance under this Agreement.
