Notification and Public Notice. On expiration of this Agreement, notice of desire to negotiate a successor Agreement and of the initial proposal for such successor Agreement shall be provided by AFSCME to YCOE at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. The initial proposal of YCOE shall be provided by YCOE to AFSCME within thirty (30) days of the completion of the public hearing on the AFSCME proposal.
