Notification and Recognition. 1. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of Union Representatives, their geographic jurisdictions and the appropriate contacts for each office within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this Agreement.. The Employer will not recognize an employee as a Union Representative if their name does not appear on the list. 3. Timekeeping codes to facilitate these records will be provided by the OAH. If the amount of time a Union Xxxxxxx spends performing representational activities is unduly affecting their ability to accomplish assigned duties, the Employer will not continue to release the employee and the Union will be notified. 5. Union Stewards or Representatives, upon request from an employee, can provide representation during a meeting called by the Employer, consistent with Article 18, Investigations, and if the employee reasonably believes discipline could result in a meeting with the Employer, consistent with Article 19, Discipline. 6. Union Stewards may not use state vehicles to travel to and from a work site in order to perform representation activities, unless authorized by the OAH.
