Notification of Changes in Ownership. Owner agrees to notify Manager in writing within 10 days after any change in ownership (full or partial), change of name of the ownership entity, or any other change related to who is the owner of the Property, to the extent those changes do not result from a sale in the Property or trigger section 5.3 of this Agreement. The notice to Manager will include copies of the documents which effectuated the change. An addendum must be signed by both parties reflecting the change in ownership.

  • Changes in Contract Time All Change Orders must state that the Contract Time and the Material Completion and Occupancy Date either are not changed or are increased or decreased by a specific number of Days. The CONTRACTOR must provide written justification for the extension to the Design Professional and to the Owner. The written justification must demonstrate an anticipated actual increase in the time required to complete the Work beyond that allowed by the Contract as adjusted by prior Change Orders to the Contract.   • MINOR CHANGES IN THE WORK 7.4.1 The Architect will have authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving adjustment in the Contract Sum or extension of the Contract Time and not inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents.
