NOTIFICATION OF CHILD CARE LEAVE. A teacher who desires a child care leave shall notify the Superintendent at least thirty (30) days in advance of the commencement of said leave, whenever possible. This notification shall be in writing, and shall indicate the actual date for commencement of said leave.
