Notification of Classification. 26.1 On the commencement of the Doctor’s employment the Health Service must notify the Doctor in writing of his or her classification and terms of employment. 26.2 The Doctor must be notified in writing of any alteration to his or her classification within 14 days of the alteration taking effect.
