Common use of Notification of Employer Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Notification of Employer Policies and Procedures. The Employer agrees to advise the Union in writing of all policy and procedure instructions relating to matters covered by this Agreement. The Employer will not issue any policy and procedure instructions which are contrary to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and it is recognized that all such policy and procedure instructions may be the subject of grievance pursuant to Article 10 of this Agreement.
