NOTIFICATION OF NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES. The President and Local Treasurer of the Association shall be provided with written notification of any newly hired personnel who fall under the jurisdiction of the Agreement and with contact information for the newly hired employee(s). In addition, during the on-boarding process with Human Resources, the newly hired employee will be provided with a link to the collective bargaining agreement and with contact information for the Association President and Local Treasurer. Two designated officers of the Union shall have an opportunity to meet with newly hired employees eligible for membership in Local 102 outside of their paid work hours.
