Notification of Official Representatives. The Union agrees to notify the County of their Official Representatives for each representation unit and changes in such Representatives. The Union may designate different Official Representatives for purposes of meeting and conferring at the departmental level and at the County-wide level. They may also designate alternates to such Official Representatives for purposes of specific meetings by advance notice to the appropriate level of Management.
